Creating quality bread requires patience and attention to detail. We use only the finest quality ingredients, such as extra virgin olive oil, premium high protein flour, honey, and quality yeasts. The Goglanian dough development process enhances natural yeast activity by allowing time for dough to ferment. Hands-on inspectors frequently monitor progress during its course to ensure proper dough development. All natural and organic formulas are also available.

Organoleptic, microbiological and chemical tests are performed guaranteeing product safety as well as performance. A visual examination is done upon completion, after which all bread is sent through metal detectors for a final safety check. Our Quality Assurance group maintains thorough production records for any inquiry. Goglanian also maintains a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Program throughout the manufacturing process as well as ongoing third party audits. These are further assurances of continuous product quality and safety.
