Maintenance Mechanic We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics and Helpers at our Santa Ana, CA facility. Ideal Mechanics will have at least three years of well-rounded Maintenance Mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a commercial bakery or other food manufacturing facility. Typical duties include troubleshooting and performing preventive and remedial maintenance of production machinery, facility equipment, ovens, conveyors, hydraulics, motors, gear boxes, electrical, structural, light welding. Various shifts available. Full-time, benefits-eligible. Saturday work required.
