Goglanian Bakeries, Inc. is committed to eradicating slavery and human trafficking from our supply chain. In that regard:
(i) We require each supplier in writing to verify that neither such supplier nor any sub-contractor is engaged in human trafficking
and slavery;
(ii) We audit our suppliers to evaluate their compliance with company standards for trafficking and slavery in supply chains. Such audits are not independent and unannounced;
(iii) We require each supplier in writing to certify that all materials sold to us or used in a product made for us comply with the laws
regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business;
(iv) We maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet company standards regarding
slavery and trafficking; and
(v) We provide company employees and management who have a direct responsibility for supply chain management, training on human trafficking
and slavery.
